REPUBLIC DAY-JAN-26 TH -2023

Republic day was successfully organized by both the NSS and NCC teams. The celebration started with a grand parade and flag hoisting, followed by mesmerizing performances by students including dances, singing, and instrumental music. The “Vande Mataram” song filled the air with a sense of national pride and unity. All faculty and students actively participated in the celebration, reinforcing the idea of unity in diversity and the importance of the day. The celebration was a true testament to the university’s commitment to preserving and promoting India’s cultural heritage.

Sri Ramakrishna degree college organized Netaji Jayanti, also known as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti or officially Parakram Diwas (Day of Valour), is a national event celebrated in India to mark the birthday of a prominent Indian freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It is celebrated annually on 23 January to aware about the Life of Subhash Chandra Bose the prominent Indian freedom fighter and his contribution in India’s Independence movements.

NATIONAL YOUTH DAY 2023-JAN 12

To honor the many contributions of Swami Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna Degree College celebrated his birth anniversary on 12th January as ‘National Youth Day’. The primary aim of sensitizing the students about the philosophies, principles, and ideas of Swami Vivekananda, a great spiritual leader and reformer, was the main objective of celebration. The students get the opportunity to understand the great work done in the different field, especially spirituality thus motivated to be good citizens of India and contributing to the countrys development. Numerous activities were conducted like Rangoli competitions, essay writing competitions, Drawing etc On the theme of National Youth day.

Rayalaseema University ICT Cricket Tournament Hosted by SRKDC

Rayalaseema university intercollegiate tournament was successfully organized by Sri Ramakrishna degree college. The MP of nandyal was the chief guest. All the teams played excellently well and no one was being able to mark out till the end that who would win definitely. All the matches drew a big enthusiastic crowd. Students from all classes had gathered an hour before the match began.
