“Avoid accidents by wearing a helmet”- G. Srikanth Motor Vehicle Inspector.
Acharya Ramakrishna Reddy, chairman of the college presided over the seminar organized to create awareness about the mandatory wearing of helmet by the students at the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium of the local Sri Ramakrishna Autonomous Degree College today i.e. 12-07-2024. Transport Department, Motor Vehicle Inspector Shri G Srikanth was present as the Chief Guest. On this occasion Motor Vehicle Inspector Srikanth said that we have arranged this meeting to give a message to the people by wearing helmets among the youth. If we do not know about road safety, we are losing our lives due to some negligence.
The main causes of road accidents are road defects, the vehicles we travel in, and human errors. Most of the accidents are due to human error. Most of the accidents are two-wheeler accidents and there is loss of life. Therefore, everyone who drives two-wheelers should wear a helmet to reduce the risk of life. AP State Authority Transport Department and State Legal Authority jointly organized this conference in Ramakrishna College today to create awareness among the people. They said that it was done, but from now on you must wear a helmet and take oath.
College Chairman Acharya Ramakrishna Reddy said that it is very necessary to wear a helmet, not only those sitting in the front of the two-wheeler but also those sitting behind must wear a helmet. With the intention of doing good to the students for the society, the transport department said that it is a good development to organize this meeting in our college. It should be recognized that there should be no carelessness while driving and traffic rules must be followed. The students realized that in case of accidents, not only you will suffer loss but also your family will be the ones who have caused immense loss and the students must wear helmets and drive vehicles and not use mobile phones while driving vehicles.
Mr. Subbaiah, the principal of the college said that it does not matter if you are late to reach your destination, you should not drive recklessly, you should drive with concentration, you should not do triple driving at all, you should wear a helmet and you should drive with awareness and reach your destination safely.
Acharya Ramakrishna Reddy said that today is the National Simplicity Day, using only bags made of paper instead of using polythene covers and paper bags day is also today. He expressed his gratitude to Srikanth who explained the importance of wearing helmets to his students saying that it was a pleasure to organize the program. In the program, Motor Vehicle Inspector Srikanth administered an oath to the students by giving preference to helmets. The management of the college honored the chief guest with a shawl memento.
College faculty students participated in this program and celebrated the program.

Population control in the protection of human rights is the responsibility of all of us”-Prf. G Ramakrishna Reddy.

Prof. Ramakrishna Reddy said that it is the responsibility of all of us to prevent global population.
A World Population Day Conference was organized today i.e. 11-07-2024 at Vivekananda Auditorium in local Sri Ramakrishna Autonomous Degree College. The chief guest of the conference was Mr. G. At present the population of India is approximately 138. Due to the large number of young people in the growing population of India, developing them with proper educational skills, communication skills, etc., population growth can also be taken as a development phase and also as a challenge. Apart from that, as a social responsibility, all the people, especially the students, should play an important role in this.

The chairman of the college Professor Ramakrishna Reddy said that in the world our country is at the first place in terms of population, surpassing China, this is not good for the country, if the population is not controlled, there will be many calamities in the future. He said that things like petroleum and coal will also cause disaster because of this, no matter how developed the world is now, if the population cannot be controlled, the progress achieved will be stunted. Human rights will be eroded. Human values ​​will fall. In China, population control was controlled due to strict legal and judicial measures taken by the government. This year we are moving forward with the slogan “No one is left behind, everyone counts”. The increase in population results in a difference in the male-female ratio. Poverty increases. Mothers are also facing many problems. In countries like China, Japan, the number of elderly people is high and the number of young people is low, but in India, the number of young people is high, so the country will develop when the youth are studying as college students with proper educational standards and social awareness programs. He said that every student and everyone should participate in this and the government should make strict laws.

Otherwise, it is extremely dangerous that human rights and humanitarian values will also decline. The fertility rate in our country is also 2.2. Principal of the college Mr. Subbaiah said that population control is the duty of all of us and there is a need to spread awareness among the people. He said that due to the increase in population, the standard of living will decrease and various problems such as health problems and air pollution will be faced, so it is the responsibility of everyone to control the increase in population. The chief guest was felicitated by the management of the college.
NSS Program Officer Mrs. Ramanamma , Mr.Imtiaz Ahammad Shravani Kumari, Dr. Lalita Saraswathi, Hanumantha Rao, Venkateshwarlu, Krishnaveni, Andrews, Shekhar College faculty members participated in the program and made the program a success.
