World Population Day Observed at Sri Ramakrishna Degree College, Nandyal

On Friday, Sri Ramakrishna Degree College, Nandyal organized a program to mark World Population Day. The event was attended by College Director Mr. G. Hemant Reddy, faculty members Mr. Venkatarav, Ms. Lakshmi Durga, Ms. Ratna, Mr. Vijay Kanth, and numerous students of the college.

Students actively participated in the program and shared their views on the significance of World Population Day.

Speaking at the event, Director Mr. Hemant Reddy Garu said In contrast, countries like China have restricted such platforms and are directing their youth toward national development. We, too, should focus on developing our intellectual capabilities rather than being absorbed by social media. In earlier times, people would think deeply to solve problems. Now, with tools like Google and ChatGPT, people are relying less on their own intelligence.

This trend is more prominent in our country, and it’s essential that we guide our youth in the right direction so that India can progress.”

Ms. Ratna Reddy mam , addressing that On one hand, a rising population can lead to scarcity of essential resources. On the other, if we try to reduce the population growth rate too aggressively, it might result in a future shortage of youth, which can affect national development. To strike the right balance and spread awareness on such matters, we celebrate World Population Day every year.”

Mr. Vijay Kanth  sir told about the Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving rapidly and is becoming smarter than humans in some ways. As we continue to depend on technology, we’re using our brains less. If this trend continues, even with such a large population, we may remain underdeveloped.

That’s why we must channel the potential of our youth toward growth and innovation.”

The program concluded with the  national anthem.

Today in Sri Ramakrishna Degree College was celebrated international Women’s Day.it  was successfully organised. The chief guest  of this international Women’s Day is Kumari Aishwarya Reddy Garu, district transport officer of Nandyal.

Kumari Aishwarya Reddy Garu district transport officer of Nandyal .she said that earlier the role of women is also limited but now the role of the women is multi-disciplinary in nature man said that women should be given equal opportunities to prove themselves in 1914 when world war is is happening women’s war invited to the joined workforce so from that point of time women started coming out and joining the workforce she also contracted on the topic of absolute equality she also advised at the women to have financial independent she also said that marriage should be done after having a financial Independence she also advised the women not to fall under peer pressure she also say that many disappolities exist in the workplace even she said that gender discrimination. starts from the home itself she also say the changes, has to come at the family level she even say that sometimes women should not accept the things that the way they are she also addressed the voice not to come it on the way they drive the Scooty even Men should be taken the classes and they should be aware of the women problems and issues then followed by the Chairman sir speech sir appreciated Aishwarya Reddy Garu for coming over here and encouraging the students also said that Aishwarya Rai is the role model for the students . girls should come forward and they should participate in the Civil Service exam he advised that students to step forward to start the preparation of civil service exam he also advised in students to have the knowledge of Artificial, Intelligence and mechanic planning we should become agile and should compete with this changes he also highlighted this statement of UGC chairman he said that in orders to have the bright futur,e everyone should have the competence competition skills compete connection with this program our college management has conducted some events like musical chairs,

Today in Sri Ramakrishna degree college National science Day and sigma fest was organized grandly The chief guest on the dias was Mr M.v Surya prakash Garu State Bank of India Regional Manager Mr keshav garu Prof G. Ramakrishna Reddy Garu Chairman of Sri Ramakrishna Educational institutions and our Director G. Hemanth Reddy Garu, Principal KBV. Subbaih Garu, Estate Manager A.S. Pragathi Reddy Garu Convenor M. Vijay Kanth Garu (Dep.Electronics ) and the students of andhra Loyola college Vijayawada,SPY Reddy college nandyal,and Ramakrishna degree college  nandyal, students participated in this event.

Program was started with lighting the lamp and followed by a welcome dance and prayer  song.

College Chairman Professor G. Ramakrishna Reddy said that he congratulated the convenors Vijay Kant and Murali for organizing this program so grandly. It will serve as a platform for all of you to bring out every skill in the students and also we should observe the many changes coming in science. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the leader of the Maratha Empire was successfully celebrated in the Degree College. The opening ceremony of this program was sung with a prayer song. Later the college director G. Hemant Reddy garlanded the portrait of Sir Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. First, the students spoke and explained the things in history about Chhatrapati Shivaji and his greatness. Many students came forward and gave great speeches about the greatness of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Mrs. Divya working as Associate Technical Trainee in FACE PREP from Chennai city, Associate Aptitude Trainee Kalingapatnam Lithiya Garu Placement Officers and teachers and students of the college participated in this program as Chief Guest. A National Productivity Day program was organized at the local Sri Ramakrishna Degree College on Wednesday. College Chairman Professor G, Ramakrishna Reddy, college faculty members Imtiaz Ahmed, Venkatarao and college students participated in this program.

Today, under the auspices of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangam , an inter-district youth exchange program was held at Sri Ramakrishna Degree College. The students of Srikakulam came to Nandyala for this program. The inaugural ceremony started with a traditional dance. The chief guests of this program were Mrs. Pragati Reddy, Estate Manager of Sri Ramakrishna Vidya Sansthan, ABVP district leaders and others. After that the Chief Guest, College Estate Manager Mrs. Pragathi Reddy said that I am very happy that students from Srikakulam came to Nandyala for inter district youth exchange program and came to our college.
