A mega free medical camp was organized under the joint auspices of Sri Ramakrishna Degree College, Nandyal, and Swami Netralayam, for the benefit of the residents of Revanoor, Uppalapadu, and Kalugotla villages in Koyalakuntla Mandal. The camp was conducted at the Sri Kashireddy Nayana Ashram in Kalugotla village.

The event was graced by Sri Ramakrishna Reddy, Head of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions; Smt. Vijayakumari, Director Sri Hemanth Reddy, Smt. Pragathi Reddy; Dr. N. Sri Lakshmaiah from Swami Netralayam; and Ashram members Venkata Subbareddy and Nagarjuna Reddy. More than 160 members participated and contributed to the success of the program.

Sri Ramakrishna Reddy stated that he not only accepted the idea of organizing this service camp but also came in person with his staff to provide free diabetes and blood pressure check-ups for the people of Kalugotla, Revanoor, and Uppaluru through the doctors of Swami Netralayam. He extended his gratitude to Dr. Lakshmaiah for his generous service. He also emphasized that eye check-ups were conducted for diabetic patients, and necessary surgeries would be provided free of cost. He advised everyone to be patient and take proper precautions for eye health through timely examinations. Dr. N. Sri Lakshmaiah explained that this service initiative is being carried out with the blessings of Dr. Neravati Pedda Swami Shetty and Smt. Neravati Subhadra Devi, in collaboration with Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions. He urged everyone to take advantage of the opportunity. He highlighted that diabetic patients often experience gradual nerve damage in the eyes without any prior symptoms, which may lead to vision loss if not treated. Hence, he stressed the importance of regular eye examinations and assured that necessary surgeries would also be conducted during the camp.

The camp started successfully at 9:00 AM and was attended by the chief guests, faculty members M. Shravani Kumari, M. Inthiyaz Ahmad, Lakshmi Durga, and students, who contributed to making the event a grand success.

Finally, the chief guests — Sri Ramakrishna Reddy, Smt. Vijayakumari, Sri Hemanth Reddy, Smt. Pragathi Reddy, and Dr. N. Sri Lakshmaiah — were honored ceremoniously for their valuable contributions to the success of the event.
