SRI RAMA KRISHNA DEGREE & P.G. COLLEGE (AUTONOMOUS)

The department of commerce,`SRI RAMA KRISHNA DEGREE & P. G (AUTONOMOUS) COLLEGE,organized JIGNYASA 2K20,inviting students of P.G & U.G in commerce from 14 colleges.250 students took part in Six different competition held on this occasion. This the eight consecutive organization of this department.

Proceeding over the inaugural function chairman of the college, Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy,Observer that it is quite common conducting annual meeting of other departments like management computers mathematics and other social and pure Sciences. It is unique to our nice and annual meet in Commerce.He congratulated the department in organizing Commerce annual meet,JINYASA 2K20 for the eighth consecutive years.

Chief guest Regional transport office KSMV Krishna Rao advised students to be regular, sincere and up-to-date in the subject.He also emphasized it on the safety measures while driving two-wheelers four-wheelers.. He further asking that youth about the rules of the road and practice the same for their safety and the safety of others.

Guest of honour, senior manager of S&P Global, Hyderabad for men student of M.Com of this college explained different Avenues of job opportunity for the students of Commerce in a competitive world under globalization skills count much. He added advised all to be in touch with the latest developments.

Director of college professor K.L.N.REDDY spoke on the need for developing commerce subject to the students and for the nation at large. He advised it to harness the skills and compete internationally.

Former director of the PG college professor G.CHANDRA SEKAR RAO harped on the point that prest world needs Commerce,graduates, postgraduates and researches to the nation in particular and the world in general to make the mankind to enjoy many commodities, with reasonable prices available to all sections of the people.

Convenor,P.Ratna Reddy,along with other faculty of commerce, Mrs. M.Sravani Kumari, Mrs. P.Naga Rajamma, Mr. Intiaz hammed, Mrs. Ratna Reddy, Mrs. Karuna, Mr.T. Surendra Babu and Mr. Kai Viswanath, planned and executed the evnet in the satisfaction of all the participants.

Manager of the college, Mr.G. Hemanth Reddy Secretary of Sri Ramakrishna educational institutions Mrs. Vijay Kumari extended their helping hand in supervisor andgrand success of the meet, Jignyasa 2k20.

Chief guest and guest of honour were felicitated by the college management,staff and students.

World cancer day was celebrated in Sri Ramakrishna P.G (Autonomous) College,Nandyal. Professor K. L. N Reddy Director of the college presided over the meeting, professor Chandra Sekar Rao,Faculty of economics and students took active part with their talks.
It is meant to create awareness on the causes, prevention and cures of cancer. Professor K.L.N Reddy explained the prime causes.He was illustrating the food habits,environment etc. He warned the students to be away from Boosing, Smoking and use of narcotics. He suggested yoga and medication as solution of the problem besides advanced therapies and medicines.
Prof.G. Chandra sekar Rao,Faculty of Economics spoke on the need for creating awareness among students so that these youth spread the message of causes and cures of cancer. He was critical among junk food and products of tobacco.
Mr. Sunil, Faculty of Sanskrit gave a clean picture of origin, causes, consequences and cures of cancer.
PRO team of the college oversee the arrangements of the event and few of them spoke on this occasion.
Awareness was created and students were encouraged to spread the message of “THE RELEVANCE OF WORLD CANCER DAY”

An awareness programme was organized by ETV and EENADU organization along with “shakti team” on “Disha law” to the students of sri Ramakrishna Degree and PG (autonomous) college auditorium on 31-01-2020. Sri M. Chidananda Reddy, DSP Nandyal has explained the students about various Acts and punishments for those who involve in such violation of rules and laws in the society. He has categorically mentioned the need of understanding the laws and rules pertaining to such cases. Those who have such threats or put to such sufferings may immediately call 112 or 101 for rescue operations. Police team will be at your rescue, he added. Sri Subramaniam, inspector or police added that Shakti team has been working in Nandyal, their services will be available at any time. He said change should start from every individual to have a peaceful life in society. Sri Rama Krishna Reddy, chairman of Sri Rama Krishna colleges has chaired the occasion and narrated some incidents happened earlier in the college and has drawn the attention of every one attended.

Sri Rama Krishna P.G. college Celebrated Vasantha Panchami as ‘ETHNIC DAY’ and vasantha/sri Panchami with great dedication and discipline. The programme was chaired by Dr. G. Rama Krishna Reddy, founder of the academic institution chairman correspondent.
At the beginning Saraswathi pooja was done with utmost Bhakthi and fenven during this Veda Divya Vani, a magnum opus on four Vedas was Unveiled and decided to place in the library for the benefit of students, staff and visitors to the institution, Dr. G. Rama Krishna Reddy, spoke on the importance of ‘Sri Panchami’, ETHNIC DAY and bringing ‘VEDA VANI’, four vedas, in a big volume added ferver to the existing library.

Prof. K. L. N. Reddy, Director of the college particularly recited ‘GAYATHRI Mantra’ and explained its relevance to the present contemporary situation.
Prof. G. Chandra Sekhar Rao,former, director explained, in detail, the four hands of Saraswathi, and illustrated the four ‘PURUSHARDHA’ viz, Dharma, ARTHA, KAMA,MOKSHA. Advised the students to worship the goddess of education, knowledge and wisdom.

Pro team students on wanised cultural programme that added beauty to the celebrations. All students & Teachers came in ethnic dresses representing different cultures and states of the sub-continent, ‘BHARATH’.

A guest lecture on ‘cloud services’ was organized by the department of Computer sciences of Sri Rama Krishna Degree & P.G. college (Autonomous), Nandyal. Mr. Kamal Syed, currently working as ‘Technical Architect’ at YOOX and Net-A-Porter in London, United Kingdom delivered an interesting and very impressive take on the subject. Mr. Kamal Syed happened to be an old student of Sri Rama Krishna college, a passed out candidate in M. Sc computer science in the year 1997. The specially arranged guest lecture was well attended by the M.Sc. computer science, B.C.A and other computer related course students and staff. Director Prof. K. L. N. Reddy introduced the guest speaker to the audience and finally he was felicitated amidst the
staff and students.
