An “Essential Computer Skills and MS Office Training Program” was conducted on Wednesday at Sri Ramakrishna Degree College, Nandyal, in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC).

The event was graced by Mr. S. Sreekanth Reddy, District Manager, APSSDC, as the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries present included Prof. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Chairman of the college, Ms. A. S. Pragathi Reddy, Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Intiyaz Ahmad, Placement Officer, along with the students of the college. Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Pragathi Reddy, Dean of Student Affairs, said, “Everyone has dreams. To achieve those dreams, education is essential, and along with it, having proper skills is equally important. You should start working on acquiring those skills now itself. You must continuously strive to learn new things—without learning, success is difficult in this rapidly evolving technological world. Chief Guest Mr. S. Sreekanth Reddy addressed the students saying, “Having computer-based knowledge is essential for everyone nowadays. This training will last for one month, with one-hour sessions every day. You must work hard and take full advantage of this opportunity. Use the APSSDC services to improve your computer knowledge. If you work hard now and use this opportunity well, you can create your own identity in the future.”

Finally, Mr. Sreekanth Reddy was felicitated, and the program concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
