Sri Ramakrishna Degree College (A), Nandyal organized a motivational webinar on “How to Crack UPSC” on 10-11-2025 through Zoom, informed College Chairman Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy. The session was delivered by Sri Akhilesh Jha, Retired IPS Officer, President’s Police Medal awardee, and author of the “Success Mantra” series for UPSC/PCS aspirants.

Addressing the students, Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy emphasized the importance of clear goal-setting, discipline, time management, and consistent hard work to succeed in national-level competitive examinations like UPSC. He stated that such webinars act as valuable guidance platforms for students.

As the chief guest, Sri Akhilesh Jha explained the UPSC examination structure, including Prelims, Mains, and Interview, marking scheme, and optional subject selection. He motivated students to uphold values of ethical governance, civic responsibility, and dedication towards nation-building.

Faculty members and students from various departments actively participated in the interactive session. Dean of Academics Dr. A.S. Pragathi Reddy and Principal Sri K.B.V. Subbaiah encouraged students to make the best use of such awareness programs for their career development.
