Chief Guest Appi Reddy emphasized the importance of nurturing ideas and having a clear vision and goal for future success. An Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme was organized at Sri Ramakrishna Degree College under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.

The programme was attended by Union Bank of India representative Appi Reddy, D. Veeraiah, Dr. Chander Shekhar from Visakhapatnam, Aruna, Harinath, Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Chairman of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions, Rathna Reddy, Divyalatha, Ramprasad, Sajida, Sravani Kumari, faculty members, and students.

Speaking on the occasion, Aruna created awareness about the financial opportunities available to women and various banking services. She stated that the programme provided students with valuable knowledge about banking, financial independence, women’s empowerment, and entrepreneurship development.

Appi Reddy explained the importance of creating awareness among students, encouraging innovative ideas, and developing the necessary skills and knowledge required to become successful entrepreneurs in the future. He highlighted that the programme offered valuable awareness regarding entrepreneurship development, women’s empowerment, banking services, and self-employment opportunities.

Chander Shekhar stated that, along with academics, students should participate in internships at various organizations, industries, and business establishments. Such practical exposure would help them understand real-world working environments and develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Pothula Rathna Reddy spoke about industries and their importance. He explained that industries play a vital role in the economic development of the country. Apart from increasing production, industries create numerous employment and self-employment opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Chairman of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions, appreciated the college students and team for participating and performing successfully in a programme conducted at Visakhapatnam. He expressed happiness over the students’ achievements and encouraged them to develop innovative thinking, startup ideas, and creativity.

He advised students to identify their talents and continuously develop their skills so that they can not only secure employment in the future but also grow to a level where they can create employment opportunities for others.

On this occasion, the college management congratulated the students who participated in the programme and also appreciated the faculty members who supported and guided them towards their success.
