“Spring Fest–2K25”, a national-level degree students’ meet, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on Tuesday at Sri Ramakrishna Degree College, organized by the BBA Department. The event was graced by Sri Srikant Reddy, District Skill Development Officer (AP), as the chief guest.

The program began with a prayer song, followed by a vibrant Vande Mataram welcome dance performed by students. Addressing the gathering, the chief guest emphasized that in today’s competitive world, academic degrees alone are not sufficient. He highlighted the importance of soft skills and communication skills, especially for interview success, and encouraged students to make use of various government skill development initiatives.

College Director Sri G. Hemanth Reddy stated that while academic knowledge shows the destination, events like Spring Fest help students reach it by nurturing creativity, leadership qualities, and managerial skills. He urged students to actively participate in such platforms to shape their future careers.

A total of 129 students from various colleges across the region participated in the fest. The event was attended by Chairman Prof. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Principal Sri K. B. V. Subbaiah, and conveners M. Sravani Kumari, P. Sadiq, and Intiyaz Ahmed.

The program concluded with a felicitation of the chief guest and a vote of thanks by the conveners, marking the event as a grand success.
