“Vigilance Awareness Week Celebrations”
Union Bank of India & SRKDC Organize Vigilance Awareness Programme
On the occasion of Vigilance Awareness Week, Union Bank of India, in collaboration with Sri Ramakrishna Degree College (SRKDC), organized an Essay Writing Competition to promote awareness on transparency and vigilance.
The programme was attended by Prof. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Chairman of SRKDC; Sri P. Narasimha Rao, AGM & Regional Head, Union Bank of India, Kurnool; Sri G. Rajasekhar, Chief Manager; Sri K. Srikanth Reddy, Chief Manager & Branch Head; Sri P. Diveez, Branch Manager, SRKDC Branch; and Ms. A.S. Pragathi, Dean of Academics.
Addressing the students, bank officials emphasized the importance of vigilance and anti-corruption practices, highlighting the role of students as future responsible citizens. The Chairman congratulated the participants and appreciated Union Bank of India for encouraging student initiatives and start-ups.
Prizes and certificates were awarded to ten students who excelled in the competition. The dignitaries were felicitated as per college tradition.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, followed by the National Anthem.
