As part of the Bharat Environment Programme – Earth Week Celebrations, a Sustainability Awareness Programme was organized on the third day of the celebrations under the aegis of NSS Units 2 & 3 of Sri Ramakrishna Degree College (Autonomous), Nandyal. The programme was conducted as per the guidance of Chairman Prof. G. Ramakrishna Reddy and under the supervision of Director Dr. G. Hemanth Reddy.

On this occasion, NSS volunteers actively participated and prepared PowerPoint presentations on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which they presented before the gathering. The students explained major environmental issues affecting the world and suggested suitable solutions to address them. They also highlighted the responsibilities of individuals in contributing towards a sustainable future.

The programme was organized under the supervision of NSS Programme Officers Mrs. Sravani Kumari and Mr. T. Madhava Reddy. They encouraged students to be responsible stewards of the environment and to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.

The NSS Programme Officers appreciated the enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication displayed by the volunteers. With the active coordination and effective management of the NSS volunteers, the programme concluded successfully. The event contributed significantly to promoting environmental awareness at the national level.
