An NSS (National Service Scheme) Awareness Program was organized grandly at Sri Ramakrishna Degree and PG College, Nandyal. Nandyal RDO C. Viswanth attended the event as the Chief Guest. The program was presided over by the College Principal and Chairman.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest C. Viswanth shared his childhood memories with the students. He stated that his interest in social service from a young age helped him reach his present position. He advised students that by participating in social service activities along with their studies, they can develop leadership qualities, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of service. He explained that NSS provides a great platform for students to connect with society.

Similarly, the Rayalaseema University District Coordinator explained the rules, regulations, and guidelines related to NSS activities. He advised NSS volunteers to conduct service activities with discipline and responsibility. He also mentioned that NSS helps develop social awareness, leadership skills, and a spirit of service among students.

Director Hemanth Reddy stated that through NSS activities, students should understand social problems and work towards finding solutions to them. He added that NSS activities contribute greatly to the overall personality development of students.

On this occasion, the Chairman advised students to grow as responsible citizens by participating in service activities along with their education. He stated that NSS helps develop service-mindedness and leadership qualities among students and added that the college always strives for the overall development of its students.

A large number of college faculty members, NSS officials, volunteers, and students participated in the program. The event concluded successfully.
