Students of Sri Ramakrishna Degree College (Autonomous), Nandyal, showcased exceptional talent at the South Indian Level Competitions organized on March 5, 2026, at Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa, securing three prestigious prizes. The winners were felicitated during a special ceremony held on Saturday at the college campus.

The chief guest for the occasion was Sri S. Praveen Kumar, III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajampet, who congratulated the students on their remarkable achievement. He appreciated the students for balancing academics with participation in university-level competitions and stated that such accomplishments would significantly contribute to their future careers and overall personality development.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Chairman of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Institutions, expressed his happiness that the college students continue to bring laurels to the institution by excelling at national and university-level events. Sri G. Hemanth Reddy, Director, and Sri K.B.V. Subbaiah, Principal, stated that the college consistently encourages students to explore and showcase their creativity and innovative abilities.

The felicitation ceremony was attended by Mrs. V. Vijaya Kumari, Secretary of the College; Mrs. A.S. Pragathi Reddy, Dean of Academics; and Sri M. Imtiaz Ahmed, Faculty Mentor, who guided the students in preparing for the competitions.

Faculty members and students participated in large numbers and enthusiastically applauded the winners. On behalf of the college, special congratulations were extended to all the students who secured prizes at the university-level competitions.
