College Chairman Dr.G was the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations at Sri Ramakrishna Degree and P.G College. Ramakrishna Reddy College Chairman Professor G. Ramakrishna Reddy received the parade of NCC cadets. Subsequently the Indian national flag was unveiled. Chairman Ramakrishna Reddy said Republic Day On 26th January 1950, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of independent India, received a 21-gun salute and hoisted the Indian national flag and declared the country a fully republican country. After nearly 200 years of British rule, the country gained independence on August 15, 1947, but in the 1950s, India achieved full independence. After making many sacrifices and thinking that their lives were worthless, many became members of the Swarajya struggle.
