A Nyaya Seva Adhikarana Seva program was held at the local Sri Ramakrishna Degree College on Saturday. The guests of this program were the chairman of the college Prof. G. Ramakashna Reddy, the director of the college G. Hemanth Reddy, and the principal junior civil judge of Nandyala district as the chief guest. Mr. V. Adi Narayana Garu Upadhyaya – Teachers and students participated.

College Chairman Prof. G. Ramakrishna Reddy spoke, 3 new criminal laws bills brought in singing the praises of the British era legal laws were approved in the Lok Sabha. Indian Penal Code – IPC, Criminal Procedural Code – CRPC, Evidence Act – 3 new legal acts brought by Narendra Modi government at the center have been approved in the Lok Sabha. Indian Law Code, Indian Civil Protection Code, Indian Evidence Act. College Director G. Hemant Reddy said that the legal system is built on three levels with subsidiary parts.

V.Adi Narayana says, every lawyer advocates for justice, so he is called a lawyer, when there is a legal dispute between the plaintiffs and defendants in the court, he is a lawyer who takes one side of the other side, defends them, and hears his legal arguments in front of the judge. He is also known as Pleader, Vakilu, Advocate. Lawsuits are of two types. One is civil and the other is criminal. A lawyer who pleads civil cases is called a civil lawyer and an advocate who pleads criminal cases is called a criminal lawyer.
