The National constitution day was organized by The NSS and the pro team successfully. In this connection elocution drawing competition was conducted. Many students even delivered speeches. The director sir and chairman sir addressed the students and created the awareness regarding the constitution. Prize distribution was held successfully. Pledge was also taken in this regard.
The International day for the elimination of violence against women was successfully organized. Poster presentation competitions were held successfully students came up with the different posters on how to stop violence against women. The programme was successfully organized by the NSS and pro team. Director sir addressed the students and also created awareness on how to stop violence against women. Pragathi reddy Garu Estate manager said that Girls should not be deprived in any aspect.
The players from Sri Ramakrishna degree college secured the second place in All India inter university south zone badminton Tournament. The director sir appreciated students and even said that this is the first time in history of Rayalaseema university where the players from our college secured the second place.
The badminton players from Sri Ramakrishna Degree College was selected for Khelo India which is the greatest mile stone .Total 4 players from our college got selected for khelo india.
The Rayalaseema university Inter collegiate tournament for shuttle badminton men and women and table tennis for men was successfully organized by Sri Ramakrishna Degree College. The chief guests of this tournament were Dr.K.V.Shiva kishore garu physical education secretary of Rayalaseema University and the organized secretary was Mr.G.Hemanth reddy garu director of Sri Ramakrishna degree college. Tournament was successfully held in sri sri Kasi reddy nayana indoor stadium. All facilities to the players was successfully provided and players were happy with the hospitality.
The Birth anniversary of Birsa Munda was successfully organized in Sri Ramakrishna Degree college. He strongly supported the rights of tribal communities, focusing on fair treatment, land rights, and better living conditions. Director sir Mr.G.Hemanth reddy garu gave valuable inputs to the students and also advised the students to be brave enough in all the situations.
National unity day was successfully organized by the NSS and NCC teams in Sri Ramakrishna Degree College. The chief guest of this Unity day is Dr. Uday Shankar garu. He focused on the important aspects related to sardar vallabai patel garu and how he strived hard for the unification. The pledge was taken in the connection of National Unity day. The rally was also conducted by the NCC Students.
The placement drive was successfully held in Sri Ramakrishna Degree college (Autonomous). The company which conducted the placement drive was 9HR-SOLUTIONS. Nearly 180 members attended the placement drive.35 members got selected and face to face Hr round was conducted. Out of them 10 members were qualified and Mondelez International company (Female only). The opportunity was given to the female students.
A workshop on community service projects (CSP) and internship was held for principals and nodal officers of colleges Affiliated to RU, Nandyal District on 14-09-2022 .The chief guest of this workshop is Vice chancellor of Rayalaseema University Sri.Prof.A.Ananda Rao garu. He addressed on all important aspects related to CSP and internships. He also appreciated that Sri Ramakrishna Degree College had drafted good projects on CSP and also solved the common problems in the society. He even advised students to take up this project seriously so that it will be helpful for them for their career development. Various principals from different colleges and nodal officers attended the workshop.
