The valedictory programme of the Principals’ Training Camp, which commenced on May 17 at Sri Ramakrishna College, was held on Thursday.

The programme was attended by distinguished guests, including Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy, Member of Vidya Bharati Dakshina Madhya Kshetra; Sri J. Pratap Simhasastri, Secretary of Vidya Bharati Andhra Pradesh; and Sri Bhaskar, Sanghatan Karyadarshi, along with other dignitaries.

Addressing the gathering, the speakers emphasized the crucial role of principals in effectively addressing the challenges faced by the contemporary education system. They highlighted the need for school heads to provide visionary leadership and guidance to meet the evolving demands of the educational landscape.

The dignitaries appreciated Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy for extending the facilities of Sri Ramakrishna College for conducting the training programme successfully.

On the occasion, Dr. G. Ramakrishna Reddy distributed Science Laboratory equipment to the principals of high schools functioning under the Sri Saraswathi Vidyapeetham, Anantapuram Samithi. He expressed his desire that students studying in Vidya Bharati institutions should learn science not merely through textbooks but also through practical experimentation and hands-on experiences. He urged the principals to make sincere efforts towards promoting experimental and activity-based science learning in their schools.

Among those present at the programme were Vidya Bharati Executive Committee members Sri Mohan Rao and Sri Parchuru Ramesh, along with Sri Siva Nagi Reddy, President of Vidya Bharati Nandyal District.

As a token of appreciation, mementoes were presented to the principals who successfully participated in the training programme.
